This album is not intended as enjoyable listening.

Dungeons are dark and dangerous places full of incomprehensible horrors.

Your players should never feel happy or light hearted when exploring an underworld. As the game referee it is your job to be evil. You must use every tool you have at your disposal in order to set the tone and create a sensation of unease - displeasing sound is the most powerful tool in your arsenal of evil.

Each of these tracks is designed as uncomfortable noise you can play during RPG game sessions in order to establish a psychologically unbalanced ambience for your players.

Although they may begin as seemingly benign "songs" each of them mutates into a dark and displeasing sound collage of heavy distortion and fuzz.

There is no stereo mix, if anything, the mix is designed as a front to back mix. Consider placing speakers in diagonally opposing corners of your game room.

Created with Korg Poly800, EA-1, ER-1, Ensoniq Mirage, Alesis Micron, and a lot of Big Dragon effect pedals.
